What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?


All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.


How long will it take to receive my order?


Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks to arrive.


What if I don't receive my order?


If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated 2-4 week delivery window, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Tracking Information – Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your package. Sometimes, carriers experience delays that are beyond our control.

  2. Verify Your Shipping Address – Ensure the address provided at checkout was correct. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or lost packages.

  3. Check with Your Local Post Office or Neighbors – In some cases, packages are marked as “delivered” but may still be at your local post office or a neighbor’s residence.

  4. Allow Additional Time for Delivery – Occasionally, customs processing or courier delays can extend delivery times beyond the estimated 2-4 weeks.

  5. Contact Us – If you still haven’t received your order after following the above steps, please reach out to us at info@streetsidebuys.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.

📌 Please Note: StreetSideBuys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. However, we are happy to help you file a claim with the carrier if needed.

 


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?


The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
